If you have been sensing a trend, you're right. You've formulated your mission for each week. You've broken our lives into practical steps--a vision for each area of your life.
Now this week, we are going to focus on our values. Better yet, I'm going to ask you "Why" you want to save money, calories, and time.
So here is the format.
Why do I want to save money?
Why do I want to save calories?
Why do I want to save time?
Does it matter?
Let's discuss...
Be encouraged,
Becky

ReplyDeleteI've been really struggling with these topics this week.
ReplyDeleteIt seems my efforts to see my vision through, to stabilize my time and money, are always thwarted. I became bookkeeper by default for our two small businesses, twenty five years ago. Anyone who knows me knows I detest accounting and numbers, but I do ok with what I have to do.
I know we have made some spending errors along lifes path, but I also have had problems with crooked accountants etc taking advantage of us and misusing funds. My huge desire is to, as I said, stabilize things so I can support the ministries (and one orphan sponsorship) that I want to support. I'm also constantly strugggling with the desire to get in and out of the office earlier in the day, so I can pursue things I have a passion for.
I dont yet have an answer on what this all looks like, just a lot of frustration.
I do appreciate the caller who said after spending longer time in prayer, she found more time for other things. I needed that.
Have a blessed weekend.
Laura.
