As you continue to prayerfully consider how to plan one DAY IN ADVANCE, I want to encourage you to clear the clutter off your home or office desk, kitchen or bathroom counter, and out of your inbox or mailbox, closet, refrigerator, or car trunk!
When? This is the perfect weekend to take each of these areas and eliminate and concentrate!
How? In 10 minute chunks (increments) with a trash bag at your side, a marking pen in your hand, and a box for storage at your feet!
Why? To make your life easier, more efficient, and peaceful!
You can do it! In fact, let's do it together! Put your 10-15 minute increments on your calendar NOW for the weekend.
Be encouraged,
Becky

At work the school district that I work for started a goal to be the healthest district by 2015 and have let a few people try out an eletronic pedomoter. It is an eletronic Pedomoter that records steps....We have a website and I am in a group to encourage each other to walk and move and eat the right things.

a little corny but fun. If any one is interested in getting your company involved the web is SOnicBoomwellness.com and you can look at what they do. It's fun. you have a CHALANGE of the DAY and other tools that you can use to help you . I found out that you have to be signed into firefox search engine to be able to access this web site. BE TRANSFORMED>>>>
Hope all will have a good weekend.

Hi All: Mickey, sounds like you will be a blessing and encouragement to others in that program.
ReplyDeleteWell, husband is working on yard clutter, and I am planning to work on paper clutter, and organizing my Bible study area a bit better than it is (edges? Where did the edges of the table go???).
Have a blessed, safe holiday and thank you to our armed service men and women.
